- -A one-time cleaning fee of $85 will be charged.
- -If the property is available 2 weeks in advance a shorter stay is allowed.

RESERVATION AND SECURITY DEPOSIT
- -50% deposit secures the booking.
- -The balance, $85 cleaning fee and $300 refundable security deposit is due 1 month prior to check-in. (Refundable if no fines, loss, or damage)

- -Maximum 6 guests please.
- -No pets allowed.
- -2 car limit.
We require a payment of HALF the rental to reserve the house for you. The balance of the rental, cleaning fee and $300 refundable deposit are due by the month prior to check-in.
Payment can be made by Zelle, Venmo, or check.
In case of cancellation, any rent collected is refundable subject to re-booking. The deposit is returned after we check there were no fines, damages or extra cleaning.

Welcome to Casa El Nido ("The Nest"), a one-of-a-kind ocean-view retreat in the beautiful gated community of Las Gaviotas, Rosarito Beach. Unlike a typical vacation rental, Casa El Nido has been lovingly maintained as a primary residence for several years, offering a warm, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed home-away-from-home experience.
The home features two spacious primary suites with private en-suite bathrooms, while the third bedroom enjoys convenient access to a dedicated adjacent bathroom, creating a third master-like suite. Centrally located within the community, Casa El Nido is just steps from the boardwalk and offers easy walking access to the beach, pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, playground, and all the amenities Las Gaviotas has to offer.
Relax on the enchanting ocean-view patio, complete with ambient mood lighting that transforms evenings into magical coastal experiences. Enjoy indoor and outdoor dining areas, a breakfast nook off the Patio Suite, a bar area, both gas and charcoal grills, and sweeping 180-degree ocean views. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and store your surfboards with ease in the spacious outdoor area.
