Casa Sirena is situated across from a common area and thus has surfing views of the main beach break and is close to the oceanfront association pool, jacuzzi, and shuffleboard. The tennis court is located behind the home.

The villa comes with a kitchen that is stocked with dishes, utensils, and condiments. Appliances include a gas cooktop stove, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, and coffee maker. There is a master bedroom with a king bed and a private bath. The second bedroom upstairs bedroom has a queen bed while the downstairs bedroom has two twin beds and a bathroom. The bathrooms come with linens, towels, and toilet paper.
