Casa Purnell (www.CasaPurnell.com) is situated next to a walkway that leads to the beach, oceanfront association pool, jacuzzi, and shuffleboard. The tennis court is located about 5 houses away.
The villa comes with a kitchen that is stocked with dishes, utensils, and condiments. Appliances include a gas cooktop stove, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, and coffee maker. There is a master bedroom with a king bed and a private bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The bathrooms come with linens, towels and toilet paper.

Each bedroom and the main room has a ceiling fan and heater.
The patio has a BBQ and fire table for your enjoyment.
Flat-screen TVs in all the rooms with local cable, DVD player, fireplace, assorted board games, and of course, WIFI.
